Brighton
Brighton is a essential English seaside town to visit, offering beaches, endless shops selling buckets, spades and ´Brighton rock´, as well as being a trendy and bohemian city renowned for being laid back.
Brighton is fairly small, it´s main historical attraction being the large Royal Pavillion built by George IV – The Prince Regent. For those wishing for a spot of retail therapy, both The South Lanes and The North Laine area offer some fantastic places from fine antique jewelry and vintage fashion to gourmet eateries and traditional English pubs.
If you are after some countryside relaxation, Brighton is also the place to be as it boasts easy access to The South Downs way, one of Britains National trails. Views from the Downs are panoramic and the rolling countryside fields will leave you feeling very much back to nature.
With more clubs per square mile than any other city in England, the nightlife is unsurprisingly fantastic! Whether you want to be dancing at the beach until the sun rises, or simply relaxing with a beer in a tradtional pub garden, Brighton has it all.
